 1、项目背景：燃料乙醇是以玉米为原料，经发酵、蒸馏、脱水而生产的纯度为99、5%以上的无水乙醇，与汽油混合配成乙醇汽油，用作汽车的替代能源燃料，是国家能源战略的重点发展产业。
 2、建设规模：建设10万吨燃料乙醇、利用糟液生产10万吨优质高蛋白饲料及附属产品。
 3、投资估算：投资总额为4125万美元，全部引资。
 4、配套条件：山西午城酿酒有限公司地处隰县、大宁、蒲县三县交汇处，209国道和省道临大线、孝午线从公司旁通过，交通条件十分便利。企业占地面积27122㎡，建筑面积12586㎡，总资产800多万元，水、电丰富，煤源充足，通信方便。
 5、市场效益：项目投产达效后，可实现销售收入7.6亿元，创造利税 2.18亿元。项目可带动农户2550户，吸纳失业员工和农村剩余劳动力3100多人，工资收入增加3350万元可以带动运输、餐饮、服务业、新农村建设和发展。

 Ⅱ: Profile of the Company: Set up in 1948, Wucheng Distillery was regrouped in 1996 as non-state limited liability company. With a registered capital of 4.5 million yuan, the brewery produces “Huanghe” brand and “Wucheng” brand liquors and a range of tonic liquor featuring 30 end-products. “Wucheng” is a well-known trademark in and around Linfen city.
 
 Ⅲ: Introduction of the Project:
 Background of the Project: Fuel ethanol is a corn-based, 99.5% waterless alcohol made through the processes of fermentation, distilling and dewatering. Blended with petrol, it can be used as a kind of ethanol fuel, an alternative to vehicle energy. And it is a priority industry in conformity to the national energy strategy.
 Scale of Construction: 100,000-ton fuel ethanol and 100,000-ton high protein feed and byproducts made from yeast
 Estimated Investment: A total investment of 41.25 million USD to be introduced from outside sources
 Available Conditions: Wucheng Distillery Co., Ltd lies at the confluence of Xixian, Daning and Puxian and is easily accessible through 209 State Route, and the provincial Linda and Xiaowu roads. Occupying 27,122 square meters including a built area of 12,586 square meters, the company has invested more than 8 million yuan. It has ample supply of water, electricity and coal with sophisticated telecommunication facilities.
 Market Forecast and the Analysis of the Benefit: Once operational, it will bring about a sales income of 760 million yuan with 218 million as tax and profit. Besides, the project will bring benefit to 2,550 rural families, employing 3,100 people. Wages will increase to 33.5 million yuan, which will boost the development of transportation, catering and a new socialist countryside.
