   1、建设内容及规模：该项目占地面积为12806平方米，主要是扩建厂房、购置设备，达到日产高麦芽糖浆40吨和中转化糖浆40吨。
  2、投资估算：总投资275万美元，利用外资206万美元。
   3、配套条件：公司水源充足，电有500KW、50KW变压器两台，蒸汽：4T、2T锅炉各一台，有车间、交通便利。
   4、市场预测及效益分析：玉米淀粉双降解塑料，淀粉双降解快餐具是解决当前塑料废弃物造成的“白色污染”的有效途径，市场前景非常广阔。建设该项目实现零排放，符合国家环保政策，产品销路广阔，市场前景可观。该项目建成后，年可新增产值247万美元，新增利税66.5万美元。
  四、项目进展情况：大宁县食品工业已被省县政府列入“十一五”发展规划。项目正在审批中，现有的淀粉产品生产正常，不存在风险。

 Unit name: Daning Jinlvyuan Cornstarch Development Co., Ltd.
  About the unit: It was founded in 1990 and its present fixed assert is 1.78 million US dollar. It consists of 90 staff members now among whom 3 are engineers, 20 are technicians, and 7 are managers. Its yearly yield is 5000-ton cornstarch.
  About the project: 3.1 Construction content and production capacity: Land occupation of this project is 12806m2. Construction content includes expanding workshop and purchasing  facilities. Daily production capacity will be 40 tons higher maltose syrup and 40 tons middle invert sugar syrup. 3.2 Investment estimate: Total investment will be 2.75 million US dollars, among which 2.06 million dollars will be invited.  3.3 Completeness condition: Water supply condition is excellent there, and power supply condition of 2 sets 500KW and 50KW transformers are equipped there. As to the vapor, 2 sets of 4T and 2T boilers are equipped there. Workshop is included and the traffic is convenient. 3.4 Market and benefit analysis: development of the cornstarch degradable plastic as well as dishware made from this is the available way at present to solve the "White pollution" caused by those plastic waste. Its market future is very bright. This project can realize the wastes let of zero and it conforms to the environment policy. Its product is sold well in the market, and its market future is very obvious. After the project is finished, yearly add-ons turnover will be 2.47 million US dollar, and the profit and tax will be 0.665 million dollar.
  Progress condition: Food industry of Daning County has been listed in the "11th 5-year-plan" of Shanxi Province and County Government. Now this project is in the approval progress. Present production of cornstarch is normal without any risk.
