 １、项目背景：临大线329省道是连接临汾市和西山四县及吕梁部分县市的主要交通通道，沿途货物运输量多，公路运输压力大，时常发生堵车现象，为解决这一矛盾，计划新修临汾土门－－蒲县一级公路。该公路起点位于临汾市尧都区土门镇涧北村，途经辛店、虎头山、黑龙关、洛阳村等至蒲县县城，全长52公里，该公路建成后将会缓解临大线交通运输压力，减少交通堵塞，对促进临汾的经济发展起着举足轻重的作用。
 2、建设规模及内容：建设52公里山岭重丘区沥青路面一级公路。
 3、项目投资估算：总投资11375万美元，全部引资。
 4、市场预测及效益分析：该公路建成后，设收费站，车流量预估为16000辆/日左右，且大部分是40吨以上货车，每日可收入右达40万元左右，8年即可收回成本。

 A Grade One Highway Construction Project from

Tumen of Linfen to Puxian County

 
 I: Project Unit:
 The Bureau of Transportation in Puxian County.
 II: Introduction of the Project:
 Background of the project: Lin-Da line form the provincial 329 highway is the main transportation channel linking Linfen to 4 counties of Xishan and some counties from Luliang Prefecture with a great volume of transportation of cargo and a great pressure. Traffic-jam is occurred very often in this part of highway. To solve the problem a new highway from Tumen in Linfen to Puxian County will be constructed. This highway starts from Yuanbei Village of Tumen Township in Yaodu District of Linfen City, passes through Xinduan, Hutoushan, Heilongguan and Louyang Village on its way to the county seat of Puxian County with a total length of 52 km. After the completion of the highway, the great pressure to Linda line will be greatly reduced and the happing of traffic jam will be solved. It will play an important role in the development of the economy in Linfen.
 2. Scale and Content of Construction: To construct 52 km long mountainous region grade one highway with pitch surface.
 3. Estimated Investment: The total investment of 113.75 million USD will be totally introduced.
 4. Market Forecast and Benefit Analysis: After the completion of the construction, the toll gates will be set up and the vehicle volume is about 16000/per day and most of them are trucks with a load more than 40 tons. The income of every day can amount to 400,000 RMB and the total investment will be recovered in 8 years.
