 1、项目背景：浮山县总耕地面积43.7万亩，粮食播种面积占80%以上，玉米总产6万余吨，占粮食总产的50%左右，是玉米生产大县。建设从玉米中提取食用酒精项目，具备极其有利的资源条件。
 2、建设内容及规模：新建年产3万吨玉米食用酒精、2.7万吨DDGS（高蛋白饲料）。
 3、投资估算：总投资1530万美元，利用外资1100万美元。
 4、市场预测及效益简析：从玉米中提取的食用酒精，可广泛应用于轻工、化工、医药、农业等生产领域，也可生产工业酒精。应用领域广泛，市场前景看好。项目建成后，年可就地转化本县及周边县区玉米9万吨，实现企业销售收入1.71亿元，实现税金0.08亿元，带动周边农户2万余户。
 四、项目进展情况：目前项目可研报告已由西安轻工设计院编制完成，项目环保、用地、用水、用电手续已由市、县相关部门出具了准许建设的意见。

 About the unit: this company, whose registered capital was RMB3.00 million yuan, was set up in 1998. It is located in Liuqu Village, 14km away from the county town and surrounded by primitive, ecological environment and free from pollution. Traffic and communication condition is convenient, and water and power supply have been prepared.
 About the project: 3.1 Background of it: Total plantation land in Fushan County takes up an area of 437 thousand mu, among which grain sown area takes up more than 80%. Total maize output is over 60000 tons, taking up about 50% of the total grain output. Because Fushan County is rich in maize supply, it offers advantageous conditions for constructing this project of edible alcohol from maize. 3.2 Content and production capacity: New of yield 30000t Edible Alcohol from Maize, and 27000t DDGS (feed with high protein).  3.3 Investment estimate: Total investment will be 15.30 million US dollars, among which 11.00 million dollars will be invited. 3.4 Market and benefit analysis: the edible alcohol, extracted from maize, can be widely used in light industry, chemical industry, medical industry and farming industry. It can also be used to produce industrial alcohol. Because of its wide application, it has a bright market future. After it is completed, the annual consumption of maize from Fushan County and nearby Counties and areas will be 90000 tons; turnover of the company will be 171 million yuan, and revenue will be 8 million yuan. Over 2000 farmer families around will be raised to dispose their maise harvest.
 Present condition: feasibility report about it has been drawn up by Xi’an Light Industry Design Institute. Formalities about environment protection, land occupation, water and power supply have been approved by Municipal and County government.
