 1、项目背景：本项目涉及农业、生物工程两个产业，其中原料生产、细胞破壁、膜滤、低温萃取四部分的加工工艺、加工设备研制均居国内领先水平。本项目主要是从大麦幼苗中一次性提取富含人体所需的营养元素复合体——麦绿素，加工全过程不使用添加剂，最大限度保留原体成分的天然活性。本项目生产技术先进，表现为多重的物理过程，对环境和产品均没有污染，与国内外相关技术的发展相比较有产业化容量大、易推广的优点。
 2、建设内容及规模：以生产麦绿素系列产品为主，投产后年生产规模可达到100吨。
 3、投资估算：总投资937万美元，引资625万美元。
 4、配套条件：企业已在临汾经济技术开发区征得土地20亩，场地周围道路、水、电、汽及通讯设备等条件已经完备。本项目已经完成一期投资。
 5、经济效益分析：麦绿素作为一种新兴的第三代功能性食品自九十年代在日本问世以来，现已风靡欧美及东南亚发达国家。项目建成投产后，财务内部收益率为94.85%，投资回收期2年1个月，年销售收入4625万美元，年利税2475万美元。
 四、项目进展情况：已经国土、环保、城建、规划等部门初步认可。项目2003年3月25日经临汾市发展计划委员会批准立项。

 2. About the unit: This Company was founded in 2003, whose staff number was 50 people. It is a stock company of liability limited. Its registered capital is RMB 5.00 million yuan. Principal business of it is to produce and distribute the Wheat-green-element Series Product. Its production capacity now has reached  20t annually.
 3. About the project：
 3.1 Background of the project: this project  deals with two industries of farming and biology. Our technology and processing facilities on material production, cell broken, film filtering, and extraction at lower temperature have all ranked the advanced level in whole China. This project will once distill those Wheat-green-element from seeding of barley, in which the nutrition element complex is rich for human body necessary. Whole progress of it is free from any additive, and therefore the most natural avidity of their original body is retained. Advantage of this project mainly lies in the multiple physical processes free from environment pollution. Comparing it with those similar technologies all around the world, it is armed with advantage of industrial capacity large and easy to popularize.
 3.2 Construction content and production capacity: Main product of this project is Wheat-green-element Series Product whose yield will be 100t yearly after it is finished in time.
 3.3 Investment estimate: Total investment will be 9.37 million US dollar, and 6.25 million of them will be invited.
 3.4 Completeness condition: our company has levied land of 20mu inside the Linfen Economic Development Zone. Road around the location, as well as water, power, gas and communication facilities there are well prepared. Investment of first period has been finished now.
 3.5 Benefit analysis: As one new functional food of the 3rd generation, Wheat-green-element is fashionable now in Europe and America, also in Southeast Asia area since it was developed in Japan in 1990s. After the project is finished, financial inner return rate will be 94.8%, and payback period will be 2 years and 1 month. Yearly turnover will be 46.25 million US dollar, and yearly profit and tax will be 24.75 million dollar.
 4. Present condition: This project have been approved by Administration of Land, Environment, Municipal, and Planning. It has been listed in the planning list of Linfen by Linfen City Development and Plan Committee on March 25, 2003.
