 1、建设内容及规模：扩建一条年产30万台太阳能热水器生产线。扩建厂房3000平方米，设备100台（套）。
 2、投资估算：总投资1425万美元，引资1250万美元。
 3、效益分析：扩建项目完成后，公司年销售收入可达48000万元，实现利税16819万元。增加就业岗位2500个。
 四、项目进展情况：该项目已经通过省发改委立项，土地、环评正在进行之中。

 Ⅱ: Profile of the Company: Shanxi Shenggete Solar Energy Co., Ltd was set up in 2002. Currently, it is the first such company in Shanxi and the largest one in Central China. It is a non-state hi-tech enterprise with a combination of research, development, design, production and sales. The technical indexes of the series of solar water heaters produced by the company have surpassed national peers and are up to international standards. By introducing cutting-edge technology from inside and outside of China, it strives to meet the needs of consumers, producing different brands of solar water heaters. Sales offices have been established in many large or medium cities, like Taiyuan, Xi’an, Lanzhou, Xining and Yinchuan. Once in a trade fair held in Taiyuan, it signed a contract of selling 300,000 units to Turkey. And in 2005 the company bagged many contracts in Xian Trade Fair totaling 20,000 sets. At present supply cannot meet demand.
 Ⅲ: Introduction to the Project:
 Content and Scale of the Construction: to expand the production line to 300,000 units of solar water heaters per year, extend 3,000 square meters of workshop, and provide an extra 100 sets of equipment.
 Estimated Investment: A total investment of 14.25 million USD, 12.5 million to be introduced.
 Benefit Analysis: When the expansion is completed, the company's sales income will reach 480 million RMB per annum, contributing a profit and tax of 168.19 million RMB. Besides the project will add 2,500 job opportunities.
 
 Ⅳ: Progress of the Project: The Go-ahead was given by the provincial Development and Reform Commission and land and environment appraisal is under way.
