 1、项目内容：针对雾天高速公路安全行车需要，公司研制出了“公路雾天安全行车管理系统”产品，给高速公路系上了安全行车的保险带。这项公路装备新产品有四个明显特点：科技含量，服务功能多，装备公路新，。综合效益大，系统产品由激光发射器、分机、显示屏和高速公路入口显示牌组成，属国内首创。
 2、建设规模及内容：建设年产600套公路雾天安全行车管理系统。项目建设以厂房、设备及办公设施的建设、安装为主。
  3、投资估算：总投资612.5万美元，引资362.5万美元。
 4、配套条件：企业已在临汾经济技术开发区征得土地11.5亩，场地周围道路、水、电、汽及通讯设备等条件已经完备。
 5、效益分析：公路雾天安全行车管理系统属高新技术产品，无任何环境污染，符合国家产业政策要求，有望成为高等级公路新兴装备产业。对促进公路运输业健康发展，确保安全行车具有重要的现实意义。目前，该系统产品已完成中试，可投入批量生产。达产后，可实现年产值1725万美元，利税975万美元，其经济效益显著，国际市场前景广阔，创汇可观。
 四、项目进展情况：本项目符合国家鼓励自主创新政策，是国家引导发展的产业。2005年该项目经临汾市发展计划委员会批准立项，文件编号：临开社经发[2005]2号。本项目已经完成基础主体建设，厂址位于临汾经济技术开发区工业园区内。市土地环保已同意该项目

 About the Unit: this unit was founded in 2000. It is a private company. It mainly specializes in research, production, and distribution to electronic products.  There are 200 staff members there among whom 5 are senior engineers, 15 are engineers, and 20 are technicians. Its yearly turnover is almost 10 million yuan. It mainly specializes in development and research to Hi-tech product.
 About the project: 3.1 Background of it: Considering the safety driving on expressway under foggy day condition, this unit has developed the "Road Control System in Foggy Day Condition" which can secure the safety on the expressway. This new road system possesses 4 advantages of high in scientific factor, multiple in service function, new in road system, and good in comprehensive benefit. It includes laser emitter, extension, display and vision board at entrance of expressway. The product is pioneer in china. 3.2 Production capacity and Construction content: To construct one line of yearly 600 sets Expressway Control System in Foggy Day Condition. Content includes workshop, facilities, office devices, as well as their installation.  3.3 Investment estimate: total investment will be 6.125 million US dollar, and 3.625 million dollar of them will be invited. 3.4 Completeness condition: our company has levied land of 11.5mu inside the Linfen Economic Development Zone. Road around the location, as well as water, power, gas and communication facilities there are well prepared. Investment of first period has been finished now. 3.5 Benefit analysis: this Expressway Control System in Foggy Day Condition belongs to Hi-new-tech product free from any environment pollution. It conforms to the national industrial policies and can hopes to become one new facility in the high grade expressways. It will promote the smooth development of road transportation, as well as secure safety driving under bad climate condition. At present, it has passed the intermediate regulation period, and may be put into scale production. When the designed scale is reached, yearly turnover will be 17.25 million dollar; and profit and tax will be 9.75 million dollar. In 2005, it was listed in the planning list of Linfen by Linfen City Development and Plan Committee, whose document No. was LDSED [2005] No.2. And now, foundation construction to this project has been finished. Location of it is inside Industry Garden of Linfen Economic Development Zone. It has been approved by department of Land, Environment etc.
