 1、项目背景：“土疙瘩”牌手工千层底手工布鞋由30余层纯棉白布合成袼褙，经手工麻绳衲制，鞋帮是由“礼服呢”、“春风呢”等高档布料经过十余道工序精细雕琢而成，手工布鞋最显著的特点就是透气、吸汗性强，能够增强足部对周围的伸展性和适应性，实现对人体足部的保养，整个制作过程不含任何化学成分，是一种纯自然的制作流程，一种融工艺性、舒适性、透气性养身保健为一体，冬季御寒、夏季隔热。对各类脚部疾病治疗效果更加明显。衲制鞋底推出了全国独一无二的手工拉花技术，拥有国家四项外观设计专利，一项实用新型专利，产品通过国家ISO质量体系认证。
 2、建设规模及内容：在屯里沟上村（108国道旁）新建一座集生产车间、办公场所、职工生活为一体的园林式厂房，占地15亩，建筑面积5000平方米，绿化面积1500平方米，新厂房已总体投资1200万元，年产量36万双。
 3、投资估算：总投资130万美元，引资32万美元。

 5、市场预测及效益分析：项目建成后年创利润54万美元。公司正在筹备科技含量较高的竹炭布作为鞋帮的里衬和鞋垫，并采用一种纳米荷叶防水材料，使布鞋起到防水的作用，是能保持布面的良好透气性，市场前景看好。

 About the unit: It was founded in 2003 with a registered capital of RMB900 thousand yuan. It is one private company specializing in production and distribution to Handmade Cloth Shoe of Many-layer Tread.  there  are 96 staff members there. Its fixed asserts amount to 3.50 million Yuan, and its production capacity is yearly 100 thousand pairs of these shoes. Special distribution departments throughout China  amount to 17 units.
 About the project:

     3.1 Background of it: Handmade Cloth Shoe of Many-layer Tread of “Tugada Brand” was made of tread from cotton culico of 30 or so layers through handwork stitch, of upper from high grade cloth like “Canonicals Wool”, and “Spring Breese Wool” after 10 or more working procedures of shoe-making. The most notable feature for this kind of shoes is air free and sweat absorbable. Wearing them may facilitate the stretch and adaptability of feet to their surroundings. Therefore, care to one’s foot may be realized. Whole production procedure for this shoe is free from any chemical substance, and it belongs to one thoroughly natural production manner. These shoes have combined the skill, comfortable, and air free to one purpose of health care with character of cold-proof in winter and heat-insulation in summer. Its curing effect to various foot diseases is more obvious. As to the stitch-made tread, this company has developed the unmatched handcraft flower-making technique throughout China. This company owns 4 patents of Design and 1 of Utility Model. Its product has passed the attestation of ISO quality system.

     3.2 Production capacity and construction content: One garden factory including workshop, office facilities and staff dormitory is planned to be built in Tunligoushang Village (Nest to National way 108). Its land occupation area will be 15mu in which building area will be 5000m2, and forestation land will be 1500m2. Investment to workshop of 12.00 million yuan has been finished, and present yield amounts to 360 thousand pairs.

     3.3 Investment estimate: Total investment will be 1.30 million US dollars, among which 0.32 million dollars will be invited.

     3.4 Completeness condition: This company is now running in mode of "Company + Farmer Family" whose products includes male and female shoes, elders' shoes, children's shoes, sandal and slipper etc. in 60 varieties. Tugada Handcraft Cloth-skill Company has established business with American merchants, and our product has won praise from Americans, they have expressed their intentions for further cooperation to realize development together.

    3.5  Market and benefit analysis: After it is finished, yearly profit will be 540 thousand US dollar. And now, our company is developing shoes made of upper, lining, and insole from some bamboo-carbon cloth of hi-tech, and from some millimicron water-proof material to prevent water from entering the shoes while its air-free property can be maintained. Future for this is excellent. 
 Present condition: This project has been approved by department of Land, Environment, Municipal, and Planning. And has been listed in the developing plan of Yaodu District with its Serial No. of YPA [2005] No. 6 on July 14, 2005.
