 1、项目背景：该项目主要采用特别光色比配例配制的荣光粉以及特殊辅助材料，通过芯片正装集成工艺生产而成。是一种能够将电能转化为可见光的半导体。采用电场发光，产品具有寿命长、光效高、无辐射、低功耗等显著特点。
 2、项目内容及规模：新建厂房1万平方米，新增两面台1250KVA变压器，以及水、电、气净化配套设施。年产5万千瓦大功率LED制造与应用。
 3、投资估算：总投资2000万美元，利用外资1000万美元。
 4、市场分析：大功率LED将取代现有的白炽灯与节能灯而占领市场。

 A Manufacturing and Application Project of

High Power LED with 50,000KW Per Year

 Founded in 1988 and with a registered capital of 3 million RMB, there are 560 staff 21 technicians in the company. With a total asset of 96 million RMB, it has a production line with a capacity of 1 million pieces of lithium battery miner’s lamp and a production with a capacity of 500,000 sets of lithium ion battery group and it has been recognized by the Department of Science and Technology of Shanxi Province as a high-tech enterprise.
 III: Introduction of the project:
 1. Background of the project: Using the halo powder composed with special ratio of light and colour and special assistant material, the project produce the products through the integration technique of chip installation. It is a semi-conductor which can transfer the electricity into visible light. Due to the technique of electric field to shine, the products have many advantages of long life-span, high light efficiency, no radiation and low consumption of energy.
 2. Content and Scale of Construction: To newly construct a workshop of 10,000 square meterw, to add 2 sets of 1250KVA transformer stations, and other associated facilities for water, power and air purification to realize the manufacturing and application of 50,000KW high power LED.
 3. Estimated Investment: The total investment of the project is 20 million USD among which 10 million USD will be introduced.
 4. Market Analysis: The high power LED will replace all the current using incandescence light and energy saving light and occupy the market.
