 1、项目背景：该项目属农副产品加工项目，位于洪洞县甘亭镇，占地500亩，项目达到规模生产后，每年可使30—40万吨工业番茄原料加工为10万吨番茄食品罐头，不但可以提高农业产品深加工附加值，而且可以大量出口，通过农户＋生产基地＋公司的模式，建立较为完善的原料—－加工—－流通产业链，推动番茄产业化进程。
 2、建设内容及规模：年产10万吨番茄食品罐头，生产车间及生产线原辅料库、供气站、配电室、水泵房、循环小系统等企业公用设施。
 3、投资估算：项目总投资3847.5万美元，其中引资2662.5万美元。
 4、项目配套条件：公司距甘亭变电站2公里，毗邻霍候一级公路和309国道，距甘亭火车站2公里，交通条件极为便利。
 5、市场预测及效益简析：该项目符合国家产业政策，产品销路以出口为主，市场前景可观。该项目建成后，年可新增产值5亿美元，新增利税0.38亿美元。
 四、项目进展情况：该项目已被省政府列入“十一五”发展规划，2004年至今连续对工业番茄试种，茄红素、可溶性固型物、农药残留物等指标均符合国家标准和国家无公害标准，2006年3月与意大利扎克美公司签订了各采购合同。于2004年1月13日经山西省发改委晋计产业发〔2004〕25号批准立项。

 Ⅱ: Profile of the Company: The Company was established on March 28, 2004 with a registered capital of 2.35 million USD. It deals with the R & D of commercial tomato, business consultation, tomato products, and the sale of generic machines.
 
 Ⅲ: Profile of the Project
 Background of the Project: This farm produce processing project lies on a sprawling area of 500 mu in Ganting Town, Hongtong County. When the project reaches its capacity, it will every year process 300,000-400,000 tons of commercial tomato into 100,000 tons of canned tomato ketchup. It will not only increase the value of farm produce processing but also export most of the products. With the mode “household+production base+company” and the industrial chain “raw material-processing-sale” it will boost the commercialization of tomato.
 Content and Scale of Construction: To Produce 100,000 tons of canned tomato products per annum and build workshop, production line, raw material warehouse, gas supply station, power distribution station, water pumping station, mini-circulation system and other company-use facilities.
 Estimated Investment: The total budget is 38.475 million USD, among which 26.625 will be invested from outside sources.
 Available Conditions: The Company is only a mere two kilometers away from Ganting Distribution Station, abuts the Huozhou-Houma Highway and 309 National Route, and also two kilometers away from the Ganting Railway Station.
 Market Forecast and the Analysis of the Benefit: In line with national industrial policies, and with most of the products oriented toward overseas markets, the project has promising prospects. Once completed, it will contribute an annual industrial value of 500 million USD, contributing a combined tax and profit of 38 million USD.
 
 Ⅳ: Progress of the Project: The Project has been listed in the “Eleventh-five Year” guideline by the provincial authorities. Since 2004 commercial tomato has been test planted and the indexes of lycopene, soluble solid content, and pesticide residues all conform to national standards and national organic standards. In March of 2006, the company signed purchase contract with Zacmi of Italy. The project was approved by Shanxi Development and Reform Commision on January 13, 2004.
