 Unit name: Shanxi Ruijie Biology Scientific Co., Ltd.
 About the unit: This unit is a modern stock enterprise with Hi-new-tech products of green and environment friendly. Its technology support is from Jiangnan University in Wuxi City. There is one production line of Yield 3000t L—Lactic Acid now in this company. There are 120s taff members there , among whom 20 are technicians including some experts from America. Its production capacity is 3000t L—Lactic Acid yearly, and 500t L—Lacti-calcium yearly, as well as 500t purifying Lactic Acid yearly and its byproduct. Yearly turnover is RMB 62.13 million yuan with the profit and tax of 23.10 million yuan.
 About the project:  3.1 Construction content and production capacity: To expand this line to yearly yield of 10000t L—Lactic Acid. Leading technology in China, and advanced technology in the world will be used in this newly built line. Disposal to 3-waste will conform to requirement by national standard. Construction period will be 2 year. 3.2 Investment estimate: Total investment will be 15.00 million US dollars, among which 7.50 million dollars will be invited. 3.3 Benefit analysis: after the project is finished, yearly turnover will amount to RMB 320 million yuan with a profit and tax of 130 million yuan.
 Present condition: 60% of the prophase engineering has been finished including civil engineering and technology facilities. Technology vaccine design has been completed (importing self-determined proper right vaccine from American SUNSEP company). 60% installation to zymosis devices has been finished. 70% installation to distilling and filtering device has been finished. Renovation to Lacti-calcium GMP workshop has been completed.
