 4、经济效益预测：该项目建成后，总产值400万美元，年销售收入380万美元，年创利税总额91.24万美元，投资利税率22.75%，投资回收期5.3年。

 This unit is located in Anze Green Food Garden east to Linfen City. It is one farming product and byproduct processing enterprise combining production, processing, distribution and development to one body. Now the company owns 2 planting yards, 8 breeding gardens, and 59 workshops of 2800m2.  Land occupation of it is 130mu. There are 105 staff members there among whom 16 are technicians. Yearly turnover now is 3.00 million US dollar.  This company mainly specializes in processing and distribution to farming product and byproducts.
 About the project: 3.1 Production capacity and construction content: to expand the production capacity to yield 10-thousand tons edible vinegar. Site location will be Gaobi Village of Fecheng Town in Anze County of Linfen City where land occupation area will be 86700m2. Techniques and producing technology there are advanced. Our development also is supported by the Shanxi Province Food Institute.
 3.2 Investment estimate: Total investment will be 4.00 million US dollars, among which 1.20 million dollars will be invited.
 3.3 Completeness condition: Traffic condition there is convenient and water resource supply there is abundant. Power supply there is also prepared. Construction period will be 24 months.
 3.4 Economy benefit analysis: After the project is finished, yearly yield will be 4.00 million dollar and yearly turnover will be 3.80 million dollar. Yearly profit and tax amount will be 912.4 thousand dollar. Investment profit rate is 22.75% with one payback period of 5.3 years.
