 二、单位概况：洪洞一中创建于1943年，1962年被省教育厅确定为省级重点中学，1980年被山西省确定为省首批重点中学。洪洞一中校园占地220亩，面积146740M²，建筑面积近60000 M²。
 三、项目概况：
 1、建设内容及规模：建设省级示范高中，包括学生食堂大楼7222平方米；科技大楼8000平方米，体育馆1800平方米，塑胶跑道（400米），观礼台及容纳2000人的露天看台，花园广场及庭院绿化，排水管道铺设2500米，给水和供热管道3040米，校园循环路5040平方米，配套设施等。
 2、投资估算：总投资1250万美元，引资600万美元。
 3、项目配套条件：有教学楼5栋，图书楼2栋，实验楼2栋，办公楼一栋，教研楼一栋，学生公寓楼8栋，教工住宅楼3栋，礼堂两座。有澡塘2座、食堂7座、水塔两座、锅炉房2座、深井5眼等辅助设施设备。有400M田径场地一个、有300M田径场地一个，有蓝球场地7个，有足球场地、乒乓球场地、体操场地等专用区域。有音、美适量的乐器和教学用器材。有微机教室6个，微机250台，有语音教室2个，语言机100台。有理化生实验教室15个，理化生Ⅰ类仪器两套。每个教室均配备了三机一幕，有电化教室一个。图书馆藏书近6万册，报刊杂志200余种。

 II. The Outline of the Enterprise
 Hongtong No 1 Middle School was founded in 1943 and was identified as a key provincial middle school respectively in 1962 and in 1980 occupying an area of 220 mu. The school covers an area of 146,740 square meters with the building area of approximate to 60,000 square meters.

 A provincial model senior high school is expected to be equipped with following facilities: a students’ dining hall occupying an area of 7222 square meters, a scientific building occupying an area of 8000 square meters, a stadium occupying an area of 1800 square meters, plastic playground of 400 meters long,

 It is estimated that the total investment amounts to $ 12.5 million with foreign investment of $ 6.0 million.
 The Matching Conditions
 There are 5 teaching buildings, 2 library buildings, 2 laboratory buildings, 1 office building, 1 teaching and research building, 8 dormitory buildings for students, 3 residential buildings for faculty, 2 auditoriums and other auxiliary facilities including 2 bath rooms, 7 dining halls, 2 water-storage towers, 2 boiler room and 5 deep wells. Special areas include a track-field of 400 meters, a track-field of 300 meters, 7 basketball courts, football and special grounds for playing football, table tennis, and gymnastics. The school is also complete with teaching facilities and instruments for artistic teaching including 6 computer classrooms with 250 computers, 2 audio-lingual classrooms with 100 language machines, 15 laboratory classrooms for physics, chemistry and biology with 2 sets of first-class instrument and 1 electrification classroom. Each classroom is installed with three machines and one screen. The library has a collection of about 60,000 books and over 200 kinds of periodical and newspaper.
