 1、项目背景：近年来，随着沿海省市地区生产成本和商务、物流成本的不断提升，行业竞争日趋激烈，市场已日趋饱和，产业转移已渐趋向内陆。侯马开发区所处的“不东不西”的地理位置，具有承东启西的作用，在全国经济由东向西梯度推进的过程中，担当着人流、物流、信息流的通道作用，是名符其实的西部大开发桥头堡。引入旺旺集团在山西侯马开发区设厂，生产优质且价格合理的高中低档食品，既有较高的经济效益，也可拉动地方经济发展。
 2、建设规模及内容：项目占地200亩，，主要生产、加工、销售旺旺系列中的休闲食品、软饮料等产品，并提供相应配套服务；其中一期主要建设谷类膨化食品的生产线；二期建设饮品及其它休闲食品生产线。
 3、投资估算：总投资2000万美元，全部引资。
 4、效益分析：项目全部投产达效后可年生产谷类膨化食品5400吨，饮品10000吨，其他休闲食品6000吨，年税收不低于3000万元。

 About the project: Wangwang Group company is one of the 3 brands invested by Taiwanese. It has long been working on development, production and distribution of various food and drinks. Among the various food group companies invested by Taiwanese in mainland of China, Wangwang food series has the highest market portion and it has a higher reputation in both global and civil market.
 About the project:  3.1 background of it: With the continual increase in production cost, commercial and logistic costs in coastal provinces, cities and districts in recent years, there exists strong competition within this industry. Market supply tends to be greater than demand . Industry has begun to develop in inland areas. Houma development Zone is located in the right position, playing an important role in linking the east to the west, and serving as one passage through which population shifting, logistic, and information transmission can go on. It is worthy of the name of the bridgehead of “West Exploitation”. Construction of factory and production of higher, middle, and lower grade casual food in Houma Development Zone by Wangwang Group will not only bring about better economic benefits but also promote the development of local economy. 3.2 Production capacity: it takes one land occupation area of 200 mu, mainly producing, processing and selling Wangwang casual food series and soft drinks, as well as providing corresponding services. In the first period of this project, a grain popped food line will be constructed and in the second period of   it one drink production line and other casual food line will be constructed. 3.3 Investment estimate: Total investment will be 20.00 million US dollars, and the funds will all be invited. 3.4 Benefit analysis: After the lines are put into operation, yearly production capacity of 5400 tons popped food, 1000 tons drinks and other casual food of 6000 tons will be realized. Its annual revenues will be not less than 30.00 million yuan.
