 午城酿酒1996年改制为有限责任公司，民营企业。公司注册资本450万元，主要产品有“黄河”牌、“午城”牌系列白酒、保健酒两大系列三十余种产品。现有职工120人，其中：评酒师3名，高级酿酒师2名，中级酿酒师3名，初级以上工程技术人员23人。是山西省十大酿酒企业之一，山西省质量信得过单位。现有部优产品2个，省优产品6个，黄河牌商标是山西省著名商标。
 三、项目概况：
 1、项目背景：“金玉屏”营养型酒，以午城特有的优质白酒为基酒，采用中国古典多方《玉屏风散》精选，参、芪、术、檀等十余味出名贵中药材，准确配伍，浸泡于酒液，再用冰糖、绵白糖中和调味而成，酒色金黄，清雅芳香，适量饮用具有补气理血，和谐生津，醒脾舒肝，祛风固表之奇特功效，在中药材配制玉屏酒的基础上采用生物技术对原有中药材配方“玉屏风散”进行科学的调整，慎密研制。依托午城酒业深厚的白酒文化底蕴，开发万吨金玉屏营养系列酒。
 2、建设规模及内容：年产10000吨“金玉屏”营养酒。主要建设内容：改造维修原料库房1586平米，基酒生产车间1378平米，包装改制车间1329平米；购置微机控制双级5吨/小时纯水处理设备两套，基酒净化器两套；大型贮酒罐、勾兑罐（50吨）30个；微机控制精细过滤设备两套；微机控制全自动灌装生产流水线两套；微机控制脱水、烘干设备各两套；50吨电子地秤一套，电脑流量计两台；四吨蒸气锅炉两台,除尘设备两套；精确电脑化验检测设备一套；大中型集装箱运输车10辆;轻度污水集中处理设备一套；企业管理自动化微机局域网设备、市场网络信息化设备各一套。
 3、投资总额：总投资863万美元，其中引资775万美元。
 4、配套条件：山西午城酿酒有限公司地处隰县、大宁、蒲县三县交汇处，209国道和省道临大线、孝午线从公司旁通过，交通条件十分便利。
 5、市场效益：项目建成后，新增销售收入1.3亿元，创利税6500万元，全年可消化高梁、玉米3万吨，增加农民收入1650万元。

 Expanding Brewery of Yield 10000t

 Unit name: Shanxi Wucheng Brewery Co., Ltd.
 About the unit:  This brewery was converted to Wucheng Brewery Co., Ltd. in 1996 which became one private company then. Its registered capital amounts to RMB 4.50 million yuan whose principal products includes samshu of "Yellow River" Brand and "Wucheng" Brand, and healthy wine of which in two series and 30 varieties or so. Its staff number is 120 person now, among which 3 are sipping master, 2 are senior brewing master, 3 are secondary brewing master, 23 are primary or above technician. It is one of the 10 large breweries in Shanxi Province, and is the credit unit in Shanxi Province. 2 products of it had been honored excellent by National Light Industry Ministry; 6 by Shanxi Provincial Government. Its mark of "Yellow River Brand" had been honored the "top brand" of Shanxi Province.
 About the project: 3.1 Background of it: This health wine of "Jinyuping" was made from the high grade samshu of Wucheng, referring to secret of ancient China "Yupingfeng Theory", mixed with 10 or so rare Chinese medicine such as ginseng, large-flowered skullcap, lagehead atractylodes, sandalwood etc. properly. These medicine were dipped in the samshu first for a long time, then neutralized by rock candy, soft white sugar to a golden wine with elegant and sweetness. Drinking a proper dose of it can tonifying one's energy, ordering one's blood, assisting to one's body fluid, waking one's spleen and smoothing one's lever, expelling one's wind and reserving one's internal force. Moreover, biological technique was used to analysis the Chinese medicine secret of "Yupingfeng Theory" for the purpose to regulate the secret in a scientific way and carefully. Relying on the profound samshu culture deposit of this Wucheng industry, health series wine of "Jingyuping" of 1000t will be developed soon. 3.2 Production capacity and construction content: Production capacity will be yield 10000t "Jinyuping" health wine annually. Main construction content includes: Rebuilding and repairing to material storehouse of 1586m2, to base wine producing workshop of 1378m2, to packing workshop of 1392m2; purchasing to 2 sets computer-aided pure water processing equipment of 5t/h and double grade; 2 sets of base wine purifier; 30pcs larger wine tank and mixing tank (of 30 tons); 2 sets of computer-aided fine filtering device; 2 computer-aided production line of tin-packing; 2 sets computer-aided dehydration and drying facilities; 1 set of electronic weighbridge of 50t; 2 sets of computer-aided flowmeter; 2 sets of 4-ton smoke boiler; 2 sets of dusting devices; 1 set computer-aided testing and examining device; 10 sets of vehicles for large container; 1 set of water disposal equipment; 1 set of Local Area Network for enterprise office automation, and market net information device respectively. 3.3 Total investment: total investment will be 8.63 million US dollars, among which 7.75 million dollars will be invited. 3.4 Completeness condition: Shanxi Wucheng Brewery Co., Ltd. located in the interface of Xi County, Daning County, and Pu County which next to the National Way 209 and Provincial Way Linfen-Datong, Xiaoyi-Wucheng. Traffic condition is convenient.  3.5 Market and benefit analysis: When the project is finished, yearly add-ons  turnover will be RMB 130 million yuan; profit and tax will be 65 million yuan. Yearly utilization to jowar and corn will be 30000 tons, therefore benefit to peasant will be 16.50 million yuan.
 Progress at present: Batch production capacity has been formed now.  Approval opinion from Land, Environment department have been Acquired preliminarily.
