1、项目背景：秸杆燃料酒精及联产饲料工程是利用秸杆、柴草等生物原材料，经秸杆固态发酵转化为酒精和高效饲料等，并通过取代汽油为汽车等提供洁净的动力资源，以及提供大量廉价的固态酒糟饲料，是二十一世纪“绿色农业”、“生态农业”的方向，符合我国可持续发展战略。秸杆是一种可再生的自然能源资源，可以“合理永续地利用自然资源”，不仅能缓解商品能源的短缺和提供高效饲料，而且有利于农业科技的全面推行和生物质的综合利用。
 2、建设规模：年产1.5万吨秸杆连续固态发酵酒精，年产饲料20万吨。
 3、投资估算：总投资：2000万美元，引进资金1000万美元。
 4、配套条件：场地、道路、水、电、通讯等配套设施能够保证项目的正常进行。项目位于临汾经济技术开发区工业园区内，占地100亩，目前正在办理入区手续。
 5、市场预测及经济效益简析：该项目达产后，可实现年产值4.6亿元，利税1亿元。

 About the unit:  Linfen Haoyuan Project Co., Ltd. was set up in March, 2005 with its registered capital of RMB1.00 million yuan. It now has 150 staff members, mainly specializing in municipal construction and development of real estate.
 About the project: 3.1 Background of it: Fuel alcohol from straw and byproduct feed project means by using the biological material of straw and grass, transforming straw from solid state into alcohol and high effective feeds through zymosis and providing clean power resources for vehicles and offering a large amount of cheap, solid byproduct feeds. This project reflects the trend to develop the idea of “Green Farming”, “Ecological farming” in the 21st century.  It conforms to the sustainable development strategy of our country. Straw is a kind of regenerative natural resource. “Making use of resources reasonably and continuously” not only eases the shortage of energy sources and provides high efficiency feed, but is also beneficial to all-round spread of farming science and technology, and to the comprehensive application of regenerative materials. 3.2 Production capacity: the production capacity will be yield 15000 tons fuel alcohol from solid straw, as well as 200000 tons feeds. 3.3 Investment estimate: total investment will be 20.00 million US dollars, among which 10.00 million dollars will be invited. 3.4 Completeness condition: Facilities such as site, road, water supply, power supply, and communications are able to secure the normal operation of it. The project site is located in the Industrial Garden of Linfen Economy Development Zone, taking up one land occupation area of 100 mu. Now the company is handling the license of entering it. 3.5 Market and benefit analysis: After the project is put into operation, its annual output value  will amount to 460 million yuan, and the profit and tax to 100 million yuan.
 Present condition: It has been approved by Government Department of Land, Environment, Municipal, and Planning.
