 1、项目内容：根据入区中小企业的特点，本着提高项目前期工作效率，减少征地及土建的前期投入，基础设施共享等原则，建设中小企业创业园区。该标准厂房广泛适用于轻纺、电子、服装、食品、机械产品加工、新材料、新能源、环保及节能等行业，可布置较长的生产流水线和配置各种机械设备。进入园区标准厂房的企业，在办理工商执照和入区等有关手续后，可直接安装生产设备投入生产。园区内基础设施配套齐全，并配备办公及快餐等设施。
 2、建设规模及内容：该项目占地85亩,总建筑面积28679平方米,建设标准厂房23978平方米（13幢，入驻19个企业），配套供电、采暖、食堂、管理服务设施4701平方米。
 3、投资估算：总投资464万美元，其中引资214万美元。
 4、效益预测：该园区建成后，年租金收入875万元，利润434万元。可以减少中小企业的前期投入负担，有利于培育中小企业的发展壮大，中小企业的入驻同时能为社会提供2000个就业岗位。

 Project briefing
 The project intends to construct an industrial park for small and medium sized enterprises so as to minimize the initial investment on civil construction and land occupation cost and improve the projects preparation efficiency of the small and medium sized enterprises by offering infrastructure facilities shared by many enterprises.  The standard workshops to be constructed in the park shall be suitable for a variety of industrial enterprises, including textile, electronics, costume, food, mechanical processing, new materials, new energy, environment protection, energy saving and other industries.
 b) Construction items and scale
 The total occupational area of the park shall be 85 Mu, with a total construction area of 28,679 square meters.  Altogether 13 standard workshop buildings with a total construction area of 23,978 square meters capable of hosting 19 enterprises shall be constructed along with auxiliary facilities with a total construction area of 4701 square meters, including power supply, heat supply, canteen and administrative office.
 c) Investment projection’
 The total investment of the project is 4.64 million US dollars, among which 2.14 million dollars shall be provided by partners.
 d) Benefit analysis
 The project shall be granted preferential policies for economical development zone enterprises.  The project site is located in the industrial park of the Linfen Economical and Technical Development Zone, to the west side of Fusu Group Corporation and to the east of the East Street.  With the Huohou Class I road passing by the site in the east and the Dayun Highway in the west, the project enjoys very convenient transportation facilities.  The project concept has already been preliminary approved by the land resources and environment protection authorities..
