 二、单位概况：洪桥涉外中学是2003年3月经山西省教育厅备案临汾市教育局批准成立的一所民办性质的完全中学，社会力量办学许可证号为晋教社证字10013210。学校占地30余亩，建筑面积达8000m2，目前，已建成教学楼一栋、宿舍楼一栋、科技楼一栋、容纳1000人餐厅一座及附属设施，现有教职员工50余人，在校生600余名，我校分初中部和高中部，实行封闭式管理。
 1、建设内容：由四轨制扩建为八轨制，扩建学生宿舍楼一栋，教工楼一栋，实验楼一栋及强化和增设教学硬件等，改建塑胶操场。

 The school is a private-owned middle school granted by the Linfen municipal education authorities and registered with Shanxi Education Council with its education license numbered 10013210. The school occupies an area of more than 30 mu with a building area of 8000 square meters. At present a teaching building, dormitory building, scientific building and a dining hall with capacity for 1000 people together with other auxiliary facilities have been built. Now the school possesses faculty of over 50 and students of over 600 divided into junior section and senior section. Students are regulated under a closed managerial system.
 1. The Construction Tasks
 The playground will be transformed from 4 tracks to eight tracks with plastic ground. Expansion also includes the transformation of one dormitory building for students, one residential building for faculty, the construction of one lab building and reinforcement of teaching hardware.

 It is estimated that the total investment amounts to $ 2.6 million with foreign investment of $ 1.8 million.

 While there are more than 15000 junior school graduates each year in Hongtong county, the capacity for high school students is no more than about 5000 students. About 10000 junior graduates don’t have access to further education due to insufficient high schools, much less to say that there aren’t any high schools at all in Baishi town, Ticun town and Mamu town. Therefore, a reliable source of students is likely to be secured.
 4. The Profit Analysis
 Investment in education is a good venture with stable market and less risk. It is estimated that the converted school will hold 2600 students (make-up classes and short-term training classes included). The annual profits are expected to reach $ 161, 000 during the first two years and $ 493000 for the third year and annual profits will reach $ 493000 in the later years. The capital invested will be   recovered within the six years.
