 The Bureau of Transportation of Linfen City.
 
 II: Introduction of the Project:
 1. Background of the Project: The construction of the project will end the history of the situation that there is no expressway between Datong-Yuncheng and Shaanxi in its west, it can reduce the transportation distance about 80 km from Linfen to Yanan and open a new way from Shanxi to Shaanxi.
 2. Scale and Content of Construction: 165 km long expressway.
 3. Estimated Investment: The total investment of 1.125 million Yuan RMB will be introduced.
 4. Market Forecast and Benefit Analysis: On the base of the estimated transportation volume after the completion of the construction, the total investment will be recovered after 11 years of operation.
 
 III: Progress of the Project:
 The project has been listed into the highway development plan of 11th Five-Year-Plan of the province and the prophase work has been under processing.
