 1、建设内容及规模：新建一条塑料瓶盖四色滚印生产线。新增注塑机110台，烫金机50台，丝印机50台，焊接机30台，5条喷涂生产线，8条铝塑瓶盖生产线。
 2、投资估算：总投资725万美元，引资625万美元。
 3、效益分析：项目建成后可增加销售收入1.5亿元，新增税金1200余万元，新增利润2400多万元，可以解决两千人的就业问题。

 Unit name: Shanxi Yahua Lid Industry Co., Ltd.
 About the unit: this company is equipped with several lid production lines of Sakmi from Italy, Sanhe from South Kerea for aluminum lid and crown lid, and it is also equipped with lid production line for plastic bottle, and high grade aluminum-plastic lid, as well as lines for spraying, bronzing, net print, and movable print. It is the only one lid producer armed with excellent facilities and advanced technology in north China and northwest China. Now it has 680 staff members, its products include lid of aluminum, plastic, crown, and aluminum-plastic in 40 varieties. Yearly production capacity now is 700 million pieces, numbering the 3rd within the same field throughout china.
 About the project:  3.1 Content and capacity: it plans to construct one bottle-lid roll print line of 4-color style. The add-ons facilities include 110 sets injector machine, 50 sets bronzing machine, 50 sets net print machine, 39 sets welding machines, 5 sets spraying lines, 8 aluminum-plastic lid production lines. 3.2 Investment estimate: Total investment will be 7.25 million US dollars, among which 6.25 will be invited. 3.3 Benefit analysis: After the project is completed, sales will increase by 150 million yuan; revenue will increase by 12.00 million yuan; profit will increase by 24.00 million yuan. Meanwhile, it will offer 2000 job positions.
 Present condition: This project has been listed in Plan list of shanxi Development and reform committee. Application for approval from Land and environment department is in operation period now.
