 1、项目背景：真空冻干食品技术属于国家火炬科技项目之一，主要是将新鲜食品进行冻结，再在真空条件下升华（冰直接变成汽）脱水而获得的干燥食品，该项目采用低温真空技术，可很好地保持其形、色、味及营养成分，并且复水性能好，可以很好地满足人们对绿色食品的需要。
 2、建设规模及内容：年可生产冻干食品5个系列20余个品种1000余吨。主要建设生产厂房、冻干车间、恒温库、成品库、原材料库及设备购置。
 3、投资总额：总投资1250万美元，全部引资。
 4、配套条件：项目建设地农副产品资源丰富，红枣、苹果、桃、杏、莓、芦荟、红椒、西兰花、大蒜、大葱等品种，均有万亩以上规模。运城红富士苹果产区、古县与安泽的食用菌产区、洪洞的万亩大棚精品蔬菜产区，万荣、临猗的中草药和红提葡萄产区等均已形成规模化、产业化生产。而且质量好、数量大、成本低，能够完全满足项目生产所需。
 5、项目建成后的市场预测及效益分析：该项目属高科技产业，市场前景广阔，经济效益良好，投资回报期短，资金回报率高；项目投产达效后，年销售收入16000万元，年利税5400万元。

 About the project:  3.1 Background of it: Freeze-dry Food technology in vacuum condition is one project of National Torch Plan. Idea of it is to dry the fresh food in freezing condition, and then sublimate it in vacuum condition (ice turns directly into vapor). Low temperature vacuum technology is adopted in this project to retain the shape, color, taste, and nutrition of the food well. In addition, property of recoverable is excellent. Thus it can satisfy people’s needs for green food to a great extent. 3.2 Production capacity and content: Yearly yield of this project will be over 1000 tons of 5 freeze-dry food series in over 20 varieties. Construction content includes civil engineering of workshop, freeze-dry workshop, thermostatic storehouse, finished product storehouse, and raw material storehouse, and import of facilities. 3.3 Total investment: Total investment will be 12.50 million US dollars, which will all be invited. 3.4 Completeness condition: this factory will be located in  an area rich in farming products and byproducts like Chinese date, apple, peach, apricot, strawberry, aloe, red pepper, west orchid, garlic, onion etc. with plantation area of more than 10000 mu respectively. Production area of Hongfushi apple in Yuncheng, edible mushroom in Guxian and Anze, high quality vegetable in Hongdong, Chinese herb and red grape in Wanrong and Linyi County have all been in a large scale and industrialized. Products there are high in quality, large in quantity and low in price, which will completely meet the need of project use. 3.5 Market and benefit analysis: this project belongs to one hi-tech industry, and has a bright market future with good economic benefits, short payback period and high funds return rate. Provided it is put into operation, its yearly turnover  will amount to 160.00 million yuan, and yearly revenue to 54.00 million yuan.
 Present condition: Now construction engineering to workshop, freeze-dry workshop, thermostatic storehouse, finished product storehouse, and raw material storehouse have been completed. The license for food business approval is in operation period.
