 1、建设内容及规模：扩建年产5 万吨金梨汁，新建厂房2000平方米，设备投资200万美元。
 2、投资估算：项目总投资2000万美元，其中拟引进外资1140万美元。
 3、项目配套条件：厂址在隰县县城北一公里处，地理气候条件十分优越，周围无任何工业污染，项目区占地43亩，地势平坦，水源充足，有专供水塔，交通便利，电力专供，通讯发达，其他配套设施齐全。
 4、市场预测及效益分析：
 该项目建成后，每年可生产金梨汁系列饮料5万吨，转化各类水果5万吨，可实现销售收入5亿元，实现利税3560万元。

 Ⅱ: Profile of the Company: Shanxi Xixian Daily Beverage Co., Ltd was set up in 1993. It was transformed into a limited liability company in 1996 with a registered capital of 2.01 million RMB. Sitting on a size of 30,000 square meters, it employs a staff of 120 people. With an asset worth of 14.45 million RMB, the company possesses one 5B3 and one 4B2 pop can beverage production line, an LH5 bottling line, a frozen fruit cubes production line and dehydrated fruit production line, matched with a 250-ton freeze-warehouse and a 10-million-ton air conditioned storehouse. The annual processing capacity is 10,000 tons of fruits. Currently the products include drinks like pear juice, hawthorn juice, and sea-buckthorn juice and canned fruits, dehydrated fruits cubes. The company has bagged the certificate of ISO9000 quality control system and in 2005 was awarded the certificate of Quality Safety.
 
 Ⅲ: Project Information:
 Content and Scale of the Construction: Expansion of a 50,000-ton pear juice production, construction of 2,000-square-meter workshop and equipment investment of 2 million USD.
 Estimated Investment: The total budget comes to 20 million USD, among which 11.4 million will financed by the outside investors.
 Available Conditions: One kilometer north of Xixian County proper, the factory is endowed with a genial climate and geographic advantage and is free from any industrial pollution in its vicinity. Occupying a flat terrain of 43 mu, it has ample water supply guaranteed by an exclusive water tower. It is also easily accessible, advanced telecommunications system and other facilities.
 Market Forecast and the Analysis of the Benefit: When the project is completed, it can produce 50,000 tons of pear beverage, and utilize 50,000 tons of fresh fruits, with an estimated sales revenue of 500 million RMB and a tax and profit contribution of 35.6 million RMB.
