 1、项目内容：绿苑科技示范园总占地33.4公顷，主要经营花卉市场、传统花卉和苗木种植、温泉养鱼等项目，是一个集农业科技示范、假日休闲娱乐、温泉洗浴、游泳为一体的多功能园区。
 2、建设内容及规模：绿苑科技有限公司主要从事绿苑农业科技观光园区开发建设和经营管理。主要建设内容：高新农业科技示范观光、温泉水产养殖垂钓、温泉洗浴疗养、游泳、儿童游乐等。
 3、投资估算：总投资2500万美元，引资1250万美元。
 4、配套条件：交通方便，距火车站2公里，园区有温泉井一眼，自流水量65m3/h，水温49.5℃，水质偏硅酸和偏硼酸含量较高，均达到医疗价值含量浓度和接近医疗热水标准，具有多功能综合开发的前景。园内水、电、通讯、主路硬化等基础设施已完备。

 The Lvyuan Agricultural Technologies Corporation Limited of Houma City is a share holding limited liability corporation with share holders from the Nanxizhuang Village of the Houma City collectively and individual share holders.  The chairman of the board of directors is Fan Xijun, who is the party secretary and director of the Nanxizhuang Village and a national labor model.

 With an occupational area of 22.4 hectares, the Lvyuan Agricultural and Tourism Park mainly engages in flowery raising and trade as well as fish raising with hot spring water.  Besides, the demonstration park shall also have such functions as agricultural technologies demonstration, entertainment, swimming and vacationing.
 b) Construction items and scale
 The Lvyuan Agricultural Technologies Corporation Limited of Houma City mainly engages in the development, construction and operation of the Lvyuan Agricultural and Tourism Park.  Major construction items of the project include high-tech agricultural tourism park, fish raising pond which also function as a fishing pond, hot spring vacationing center, swimming pool and etc.

 The total investment of the project is 25 million US dollars, among which 1.25 million dollars shall be provided by partners.
 d) Construction facilities
 Located 2 kilometers away from the railway station, the project site has convenient transportation conditions.  There is a hot spring well inside the park, with a follow rate of 65 cubic meters per hour and a temperature of 49.5 degrees centigrade.  The bauxite and borate content of the water is very high, which is of great medical value to human health.  The park also has sufficient water supply, power supply, transportation and communication facilities.
